News from Estonia The Estonian esp@cenet database contains patent applications, granted patents and utility models dating from 1994, when the Patents Act of the Republic of Estonia entered into force and the granting of patents started again following the end of the Soviet period. Rospatent news The Rospatent (Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks) Russian-interface esp@cenet server was launched in 2006. The database contains granted patents from 2000 to the present. Improved access to Lithuanian industrial property rights on esp@cenet The Lithuanian Patent Office publishes data relating to Lithuanian industrial property rights on esp@cenet. The Lithuanian esp@cenet server contains patent applications (A documents) and patents (B documents) published by the Lithuanian office from 26 January 1998 onwards.
